Here's our week in a nutshell...
We had some story time with a book that all my best gal pals in Oregon gave me at our 14th annual Christmas party this last Christmas. It's each of their recorded voices reading a page in the book. So presh.
We rode Trudy.
We woke up at 3:30am on Monday morning, one of mom's days in the office, and didn't really go back to sleep. I thought it was pretty AWESOME, so I smiled about it in the mirror.
We had a play day with our friend Ike. Rachael has done my hair since we moved here to Spokane - she and her husband go to our church. Ike is about 4 months older than Lucille and an active, tank of a little boy. He looks just like his daddy!

I spend a lot of time on our local university campuses for work, and was back on EWU's campus this week... my first time back since returning from maternity leave. The career services ladies bought Lucille this cute little llama named Francois... they have matching hair-dos!

We have these little flash cards that we play with often, and as she's just started trying to move everything toward her mouth, she was doing that with the flash cards. A little too big and we bonked it into our head over and over... adorable!
We snuggled with Trudy in bed.
And rooted for the Ducks, of course!
And wore our cute jammers from auntie Caitlin for the first time.
And we're really into reaching for the little dangly guys on our play mat!
